Description of the house (125 sqm)
The holiday home with pool and several terraces is located in a quiet rural area on the sunny west side of the island. It is located at 517 m above sea level and is located between El Paso and Los Llanos. It has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains with beautiful sunsets over the sea. There is space for up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The house was completely renovated in 2018 and refurbished. The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area with TV and a fireplace corner with armchairs. Adjacent is the dining room with dining table and 6 chairs. The separate wooden kitchen in Canarian style is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. For children, two single beds or a travel cot can additionally be placed in the bedrooms. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. From the living room leads to the conservatory, which is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, a cozy armchair and an exercise bike. The pool terrace is accessible from the conservatory, as well as from both bedrooms. You can connect your brought laptop with the mobile modem (4G / LTE) and surf for free.
The special feature of this holiday home is the large saltwater pool, 4 mx 8 m, solar heated, with an additional cover easy to open and close. Even in winter, the pool has so pleasant temperatures for swimming. The garden offers more different areas. A large Canarian pine provides shade for an additional seating area with direct sea views. In the lower part of the property there is a vegetable garden with avocado, manga, oranges, lemons and olive trees as well as herbs. If ripe fruits hang on the trees you are welcome to use and taste.

Together with the highest point of the island, the Roque de los Muchachos (2426m), 12 other up to 2,000m high peaks form an imposing massif at the northern edge of the basin.
On various walking routes along the impressive crater rim you will be offered breathtaking views of the caldera. At the Roque de los Muchachos is one of Europe's largest observatories, the "Observatorio Astrofisico".
